| Xingda Steel Casting Plant of Beipiao city of Liaoning province was located at the junction between 101 National Passage of Xijiao and Chaobei raod in Beipiao city, where the transportation is quite convenient, there has occupied the area 51,000 square meter including 4,800 square meter construction area, and employed 120 workers which includes 12 technicians, as well as equipped 3 intermediate frequency furnaces, with complete all sorts of production facilities and measurement equipments, in addition to that owns strong comprehensive production capability that achieves to 5,000ton of various products. They are classified into four production workshops according to the breeds in the plant: cast iron, cast steel, precision casting and forging, and the products are mainly listed into those five large series: iron castings, manganese steel castings, special steel castings, precision castings and forging parts. As so iron casting series, there includes high-middle-low chromium, multi-component alloy and Bainite series grinding ball as well as others series of ductile iron and common iron castings. On the term of high-manganese steel series, it covers those series of products such as: mill lining, castor plate, crusher pitching mortar arm, back-breaking plate hammer, jaw breaker die and so on. They are heat-resisting steel, wear-resistant steel, stainless steel and so on, which are belonged to special steel series. Precision casting series includes all sorts of precision fittings series products in auto, railway, electric power, chemical and mechanical equipments. Forging series products have forging grinding ball, hammer, screw bar and others forging products. The factory has complete products breeds, stable and reliable quality, and there is well-equipped as well as built a whole set of quality guarantee system. Following the standard of the National Quality System Authentication of ISO9002, so that all indexes have achieved to or overrun the related industry quality standard in China in the factory.
