Partial steam entries annulus between shell and inner wall of cylinder while it transfers heat to materials by heat transferring wall, through heating that inner wall acts on materials, then condensed water is discharged from valve port of drainage at the bottom; and the other parts of steam goes into spindle and coil for heating them, condensed water is discharged from joint port of rotation from shell. With the rotation of axles, materials are fully agitated and mixed under the coaction of both wheel blade and coil, so that it makes the superficial contact area achieving to the max between materials and rotating shaft and coil. The secondary stream discharges from the top steam dome of shell by induced air pipe, which makes there keep on slight vacuity in pipe for stopping leakage of wasted steam, meanwhile, avoiding to absorbing plenty of cold air. The switch-plate which fixed on spindle is located in space between heating coils, it not only pushes forward the motion of materials, also have functions of self-cleanness, which is able to clean covering layer on axles and supporting wall, then have effects of keeping better heat-transfer capability.
