Firstly: Project Brief
This project changes food waste into raw material of protein feed and animal & vegetable oil by adopting high-temperature heat effect technology, which has realized recycle, harmless and reducing of food waste, then bringing in remarkable three-ply purpose of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental protection benefit.
Mainly choose protein as raw material of protein feed, being nutritious, so that it is a kind of superior nutritious feed & additives. It is used for blending feed, to raise protein(get rid of formulation of ruminant).
As to animal & vegetable oil, it is also acted as additives in production, or as raw materials in production of biodiesel, lubrication oil as well as raw materials in oil chemical industry.
Not making with secondary pollution, without waste water, waste gas and waste residue.

Secondly. Performance & Parameter of Equipment
The master operations: classifications, oil-water separation, sterilization and curing, concentration, pressing, drying, crushing, packing and so on. The detailed technics route diagram as below.

Thirdly, Performance & Parameter of Equipment
Freely choose all food waste which includes about 75% of water as feeding material.
In terms of finished goods, they are animal feed level protein additives and feed, quality-level or oil chemical quality-level animal & vegetable oil(with fatty acid)
Required source type: electricity(220/380V), steam(0.6MPa)
Adopting triple-effect forceful evaporation technique, then save about 30% of energy.
This complete set of product is momentarily classified into five classes: 10、50、150、300、600 ton per day


Fourthly, Analysis of Economic Benefit
Taking 50t/day as an example. If we count according to 300 working days per year, then deal with 15,000ton food waste, can about produce 1,500ton protein feed and 1,125ton anima & vegetable oil.


Analysis of ton cost price as following:
Annual total output is 2,625ton, so daily output is 8.75ton; including 78% of water and 7.5% of oil in each ton raw material, 10% of water and 68% of evaporable water in finished goods, and evaporation capacity is 30% of triple-effect evaporator, that is, each ton raw material will evaporate 680kg water, 300kg of triple effect. Stream consumption is 1.1×(680-300)+0.5×300=568kg/ton, convert into cost raw coal(count according to 5000Kcal/kg) is 76kg(boiler efficiency is 80%, total in 35yuan/ton(coal’s price: 460yuan/ton). Thinking about production cost of steam, appoint to 70yuan/ton
Total installed power: 140kw, full-load ratio: 60%, we count according to 8 hours in each day, then use up 672kw per hour; daily electricity charge: 538yuan of RMB, electricity charge is 40yuan of RMB for each ton finished products.
If purchase raw materials by dropping in, 5yuan per family once(150kg), total in 30yuan/ton, adds to 10yuan/ton of freight, total in 40yuan/ton.
All staff in factory are counted according to 16 persons, their monthly wages is 1200 respectively, total in 48yuan/ton.
Other Expenses(administration expense, financial expense, sales expense and so on),total in 50yuan/ton.
Total in 248yuan/ton of all above cost price. With annual running cost being 65,000 yuan.

At present, prices of products in different places as followings:
Protein Feed:
Shandong: 1250yuan/ton, Shenyang: 1,150yuan/ton;
Oil:
Shandong: 4,500-4,800yuan/ton, Chenyang: 4,300-4,500yuan/ton.
And annual sales proceeds is 6,800,000yuan, annual pure income is 6,150,000yuan.
Being 3,800,000yuan of equipments investment, requiring 400square meters of construction area of plant, about 6,00,000yuan of total amount of investment, but we can earn total investment during one year.
